PAYMENT POLICIES. Easy Foam, Incorporated, accepts payments in the following ways:
• Company Check, Money Order, Electronic Bank Transfer or Credit Card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa).
Invoices are payable in full within the following terms:
For Domestic Orders And Shipments:
• All new, first time customers, invoices are payable, due in full, upon shipment of order, unless other payment arrangements
are made prior to order.
• 2% Discount/Net 10 Days*, from invoice date, or
• Net 30 Days, from invoice date for all orders, unless otherwise negotiated and noted prior to order acceptance by seller.
• For Trailer Orders, 50% is due at time of order, balance due per our terms, unless negotiated prior to order acceptance.
For International Orders And Shipments:
• All International customers (anything outside of CONUS), invoices are payable, due in full, upon shipment of order, unless

The seller reserves the right to add a late charge of 2.5% per month on the unpaid balance if payment is not received within the payment terms of sale.
