1. Safety. Easy Foam has developed a specialized nozzle that is capable of throwing a foam stream up to 50 horizontal feet with adequate air volume. With this development, personnel no longer need to walk on top of the cooler surface to apply the foaming agent and perform the initial rinse.

Not only is this safer for the personnel, stepping on the top of the delicate aluminum fins can cause irreparable damage to them by bending them over, causing a reduction in the air flow that can cause a much decreased efficiency of the cooler operation.

2. Foam Density. Easy Foam has developed a suspension agent that keeps the active ingredients in our cleaning solution to stay in contact much longer than any other competitor's product. This results in a much better cleaning and removal of contaminates held in the coolers. If the foaming agent runs through the cooler and copious amounts fall on the ground before the rinsing can begin, there is a large waste factor of the foaming agent, resulting in wasted costs and inefficient cleaning.

3. Ease Of Application. Easy Foam takes pride in developing equipment and application techniques to allow more efficient processes that saves our customers money by reducing the labor cost associated with the cleaning process. Our equipment is easy to use and we can train laborers (in-house or contract) to do high quality cleaning with minimal amounts of training. This also allows our customers to clean when needed or most convenient to meet their operational needs. Since all of the resources are now in-house, it cost the same per square foot/meter, to clean one single troublesome exchanger that is running hot when needed, as it is to clean all of the exchangers in the facility at once.

4. Our Foaming Agent Contains NO CAUSTIC. Caustic causes aluminum to pit and become brittle. When this occurs, fins will loose their ability to transfer heat and can become delaminated from the base tube as the metal becomes brittle.

Easy Foam Foaming Agents DO NOT contain any caustics that may lead to these conditions. Easy Foam offers a non-caustic based degreaser that can be used as a pre-treatment prior to foaming if the coolers have any oil or grease on their surfaces.

5. Support. As technology advances, and we learn new techniques and procedures that can benefit our customer, we pass this on to all of our customers to allow them to perform this operation more efficiently and economically.
